Hi, I'm Alyssia Edens, a 2nd grade teacher at Lakeport Elementary School. I have recently moved to Lakeport and I am excited to be here. I grew up in the Roseville area but moved to Humboldt State University where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Child Development and Minors in Family Studies and Early Childhood Education. I've been teaching preschool for three years and am excited to be moving up to 2nd grade. As a first year elementary teacher, I am lucky to be receiving so much support from our instructional coach as well as the District Office. 

In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors, eating macaroni and cheese, and watching movies.
