    School is out for the Summer!

    School starts on August 11th for the 2022-2023 School Year.


    Office Closed

    LES Office is Closed for the Summer.

    We will reopen on July 25th.




    Summer Daycare


    Summer Daycare is being offered through the LES campus.

    Monday - Friday from 7:30am - 5:30pm.

    Students will engage in crafts and water play along with themed days.

    Two snacks per day will be offered.

    Spots are filling up quickly, first come first serve!

    Required documents:

    Birth Certificate

    Current Immunization Records (4 Polio, 5 DTP, 3 Hep B, 2 MMR, 2 Varicella)

    Proof of Residency (utility bill, rental agreement, etc.)

    Children turning 5 between September 2, 2022 and February 2, 2023 are eligible for Transitional Kindergarten.

    Children turning 5 by September 1, 2022 are eligible for Kindergarten.

    Good Evening LUSD,

    The California Department of Education sent another round of COVID-19 at-home test kits out to school districts throughout the State. Each student enrolled at LUSD is eligible to receive one kit (two tests per kit). These test kits will be distributed to students via the following methods beginning on Tuesday, March 29th:

    Student in TK-6th grades will receive their kits from their teachers this week. These test kits will come home in backpacks.
    Students in 7th & 8th grade can go to the TMS office to pick up their tests.
    Students at CLHS students can pick up their tests in the CLHS office.  
    Students in Alternative Education programs can pick up tests at the Alt. Ed. office.
