Hello! Welcome to my page. I was born and raised in Lakeport. I am a graduate of Clear Lake High School. I obtained my B.A. and Multiple Subject credential from San Diego State. I returned home to start my teaching career as the Math teacher at Natural High School, where I taught for 3 years. After, I taught third grade for 5 years. Although I loved my time in 3rd grade, I was ready for a change when I welcomed my first child and moved into my current teaching position at Lakeport Alternative School. In working with homeschool students, I am able to create individualized lesson plans for every student. I have loved all of my experiences in the classroom, but feel that I am where I am meant to be at Alt. Ed.
