Student & Family Support Services is located at the Family Support Center at 100 Lange Street, just east of Lakeport Elementary School.
Staff is available to support families in removing barriers to community services and enabling students to attend school healthy and ready to learn.
Some of the things we help with are:
- School Supplies
- Food
- Clothing & Shoes
- Homeless Assistance
- Hygiene supplies
- Translation Services
- Enrollment process
- Filling out school district forms (Registration, ASES)
- Help with applying for Healthy Families and MediCal
- Health Care Advocacy
- Transportation
