Thank you for visiting the webpage for the Lakeport Alternative Education Center (LAEC).  We are comprised of three different programs in order to serve the varying needs of our District's student population:  Community Day School (grades 6-10), Natural High Continuation School (grades 10-12), and Lakeport Alternative School (a grade K-12 long-term independent study program, also referred to as our District's homeschool).

     Our agreed-upon motto - "Every Student, Every Day" - is an accurate representation of our belief that each one of our students has uniquely diverse needs that must be addressed every single day.  We are committed not only to ensure the academic progress toward graduation for all of our students, but teach and reinforce life skills to set our students up for success in the world outside of Lakeport Unified School District.
